Unlike many other online retailers that have rules and small print, we’re delighted to be able to provide FREE DELIVERY on ALL boots.

For any accessory orders over $30, they also qualify for free delivery but under $30, there is a $4.99 charge.

Being free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. But, delivery times do vary and depend on your location.

Typically our boots will take 3-7 days to reach you. We use USPS and DHL to manage our shipments so you know they are with a well known trusted service. Our boots are stored across warehouses in the US so aren't far away.

Assuming you’ve given us a mobile or e-mail address, you will be sent a link to the tracking details of your delivery.

Usually they are sent out via UPS or USPS and you can follow the tracking online.

Of course!  However, there is an additional charge of either $9.99 for 3-5 day service or $19.99 for our 2-3 day service.

Please allow up to 10 working days and check the tracking details.
After this time, please contact your local depot and your neighbours as they may have tried to deliver whilst you were out and not left a card (it does happen).

If they don’t have your parcel, please contact us directly and we’ll see what we can do.

We do tend to find that it is often easier to contact the delivery service directly as you know your local area better than we do, and can often help to locate any misplaced goods.

Yes we do. There is a cost of $39.99 CAD. You can choose Canadian currency at the top of the page and see all the boots available in Canada.

This cost includes all duties and taxes so you don't have to worry about them
