Caring for your Boots

We love rainboots but rubber is ultimately a perishable product, so you need to take care of them in order to prolong their life.

We advise that you:

  • DO NOT leave your rainboots in direct sunlight.

  • DO NOT store them outside.

  • DO keep them indoors in a cool, dry place.

  • DO NOT put your rainboots on a radiator or boiler to dry, as this may cause them to split.

  • Prolonged exposure to hot sun or freezing conditions may make the rubber perish, crack and split.

  • To clean your rainboots, use water and leave them to dry in a cool, dry place.

  • When removing your rainboots, do not use a step, bootjack or the toe of your other boot to remove them as this will cause stress to rubber joints and may result in the boots splitting.
